Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: My Craft Supplies® currently does not offer wholesale on any of our products. We are retailers.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: My Craft Supplies ships US-only.

Q: Do you have a brick and mortar store?

A: We are an online company only. We do not offer local pickup.

Q: How do I order?

A: We offer online ordering, only. Choose the items you wish to purchase, add to cart, and follow the online directions through checkout. If you have questions, please click here for the Contact Us form and we will get back with you quickly.

Q: My credit card receipt says Southern Dutch - who is this?

A: That's us! :) Our 'umbrella' company name is Southern Dutch. We sell via our network of family owned online stores, including My Craft Supplies®.

Q: How long will it take to get my item?

A: My Craft Supplies® always ships your item(s) as quickly as possible--which often means the same business day. Delivery can take from 1-5 business days, depending on how far you are from our Tennessee location. All packages ship USPS or Fedex, and we will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment.

If you need a rush item, email us and we'll get you a shipping quote for express delivery.

Q: Are your products Made in USA?

A: We are a US company striving to offer you top quality craft supplies at a great price.

Fact is, so many (American) craft brands don't have have their products manufactured in the USA. And of course, one of us - Rob - was actually crafted in Holland... He'd argue he (too) is premium quality. ;)

Long answer short:
Wherever feasible and/or possible we offer USA-made - and then proudly mention so in the product's description. :)
