Shipping/Refunds

Shipping Charges:
My Craft Supplies® ships across the US, as well as internationally. To find the shipping charge for your order, proceed through checkout. The final shipping charge will be shown prior to checking out. If you are paying by PayPal, you will have to log in to PayPal to choose your shipping address, but you will have a chance to review shipping charges prior to payment.

Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Your item must be delivered to us undamaged, or credit will not be given. You may choose to purchase insurance at your own expense prior to shipping back to us. Shipping fees, to or from, are not refunded, except in the case of damaged items. In case of damaged items, shipping charges may be paid for by Southern Dutch, when pre-approved by Southern Dutch, and a replacement will be sent to you. Damaged items will be exchanged, not refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mycraftsupplies.com and, upon our confirming response, then send your item to:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your item is damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of damages/defective items. In case of returning damaged or defective items, shipping must be arranged with Southern Dutch prior to shipment. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a valuable item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and can only refund items that are received by us.

 

Incorrect address charges:
It is your responsibility to supply us with your correct shipping address. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, UPS, FedEx or USPS may charge for re-delivery. You will be required to pay for this before your purchase will be re-delivered. If you choose not to pay for this charge and the items are returned to us, we will refund for items purchased but shipping is non-refundable.
